Vrahram Kadkhodaian is the CEO of Prolifiq. He joined Prolifiq in September 2016 as Chief Commercial Officer and transitioned into the role of CEO in February 2017. Vrahram is responsible for driving the company’s continued growth by building upon Prolifiq’s longstanding legacy of innovation, customer centricity, and passion for solving complex business challenges.
Vrahram has spent over a decade in executive sales leadership positions, working for organizations such as Wells Fargo, CDC Software (Pivotal CRM), and SalesForce.com, where he has been responsible for not only customer acquisition & customer success, but also go-to-market strategy and distribution, locally and internationally.
Vrahram specializes in solving complex business problems by leveraging technology in regulated markets, such as financial services & healthcare, with an emphasis in medical devices & pharmaceuticals.
At Northern Illinois University, Vrahram was captain of the Division 1 men’s soccer team, and he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business.
Sue Senf joined Prolifiq Software in October 2011 as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. She is responsible for finance, corporate development, and investor relations.
Sue has 15 years of investment banking experience with Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch, where she worked with emerging growth technology companies and Fortune 500 companies. Her experience includes private placements, IPOs, other public debt and equity securities, and merger and acquisition transactions. Sue has also provided financial consulting services to corporate clients, both as an accountant and consultant with Ernst & Young and as an independent consultant.
Sue earned her BA in Economics with distinction from Stanford University. She has been active as a volunteer, serving on the Stanford Association of Oregon Board, Technology Association of Oregon Finance Committee, Lake Oswego Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, and the Forest Hills Elementary School Advisory Committee.
As Chief Operating Officer for Prolifiq, Jeff is responsible for all operational aspects of the company, including customer on-boarding, customer support, maintaining service level agreements, data center operations, quality assurance, and internal systems operations.
Jeff has over 20 years' experience in the wireless industry and early stage technology companies, with leadership roles at Clearwire, Terabeam, and AT&T Wireless/McCaw Cellular. Jeff also served as a consultant with Accenture, where he specialized in telecommunications and financial services applications in the United States and Europe.
He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from UC Berkeley.
Jeff Gaus is Prolifiq's SVP of Strategy and Customer Success. He is responsible for the company's business development, as well as establishing and growing relationships with Prolifiq's largest customers and partners. Jeff has been with Prolifiq since 2002; prior to taking on his current role, he was the company’s CEO for 10 years. As a 30+-year veteran of the telecommunications industry, Jeff has designed several communications protocols and co-authored two United States patents: one for VoIP and the other for electronic message management—the core of Prolifiq’s platform.
Jeff completed his education in marketing at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and in executive leadership at Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business.
Jon Brooks joined Prolifiq Software in February 2012 as Vice President of Strategic Accounts. Jon is responsible for leading engagements for our key customers and managing the European business for Prolifiq.
Jon spent 8+ years with Accenture in Management Consulting with a focus on Life Sciences/Customer Relationship Management. During his time at Accenture, he supported nearly half of the Top 10 Pharmaceutical companies in various commercial transformation efforts. In addition, he co-led the Marketing Operations specialty group within Accenture's CRM practice. Jon's functional expertise spans sales/marketing operations, multi-channel/relationship marketing, mobility, change management, and data/analytics.
A proud graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, he earned a degree in Management with a minor in Logistics.
As Chief Technology Officer for Prolifiq Software, Hemingway oversees the company's strategic endeavors. By applying his incisive sense of vision, ability for discerning industry gaps and trends, and technical expertise, Hemingway drives Prolifiq's communication solutions for our largest enterprise customers.
Since co-founding Prolifiq in 1999, Hemingway has served in several capacities, including president and head of development. A graduate of the University of Portland and an Oregon Presidential Scholar, Hemingway previously worked as a software engineer for Hewlett-Packard and the Portland Trail Blazers. He received his MBA from Ohio University while building Prolifiq in 2001.
As one of the co-founders, Anh is currently the Director of Engineering for Prolifiq. He leads the team of many talented developers at Prolifiq with a continued enthusiasm for “the grind” that is software programming. With a no-nonsense, creative approach to development, Anh gets the most out of himself and his team. A computer-science graduate from Oregon State University, Anh previously worked for Hewlett-Packard and Kentrox. His hobbies include golfing, running, and biking.
Jeff serves as the Director of Technology and co-founder of Prolifiq, overseeing systems architecture, user experience design, client application development, and server infrastructure.
Pursuing a love of art, history, and mathematics, Jeff earned his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oregon in 1997. Following an affinity for technology, he left architecture to work for the Portland Trail Blazers, where he met Hemingway. Together with Anh, they started a little company named H2F Laboratories, which ultimately became Prolifiq Software.
Kirby Dyess is currently the Principal in Austin Capital Management LLC, where she evaluates, invests in, and assists early-stage companies in the Pacific Northwest. Until 2003, Kirby was a corporate vice president of Intel Corporation; her latest assignment was as director of operations for Intel Capital, where she was responsible for 50 acquisitions and their integration and managed a portfolio of over 400 companies worldwide. She held a variety of positions during her 23 years with Intel, including Vice President and Director of Human Resources and Vice President New Business Development. She served as President of the Oregon State Board of Higher Education for five years and was a member of the OHSU Board. She currently chairs the Board of Prolifiq Software and serves as a director for Compli, AISI, Itron, VIA Systems, and PGE.
Mike is a former Chairman of the company and is a founder and Chairman of Albina Community Bank. Mike is the retired President of PacifiCorp Holdings, a subsidiary of PacifiCorp, which held the Company's investments in telecommunications, alternative energy, independent power generation, and financial services. He also served in executive positions in many of these subsidiaries from 1991 through 1998. He was CEO of Crescent Foods from 1986 through 1991. Previously, Mike led the management consulting practice in the Pacific Northwest for Deloitte Haskins & Sells during his 17-year career in Public Accounting.
He has served on many Boards during his eclectic career, including Longview Fibre, Tazo Tea, and Veris Industries prior to their sale. He currently serves on the Board of North Pacific Group, a building products distributor. Mike is a founding investor in Prolifiq and has also invested in and coached management of many small, high-growth businesses.
Daniel Brody is the Founder and President/CEO of Health Data Services, a company providing practice management software and services and clinical software to physician practices. He is also the Manager of Greenwood Partners and an Advisor to ArcheMedX, a novel medical education platform. Daniel is a frequent lecturer at various schools at the University of Virginia (UVA).
Daniel's business experiences include Federated Department Stores, faculty member of Indiana University (PA), Unisys Corporation, and Insmed, a publicly traded biotech company. Daniel also served as a member and as Chairman of the Board of the Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services (Virginia Medicaid).
Daniel has served on many boards, including the Indiana Hospital Corporation, the Indiana Parking Authority, the Charlottesville Learning Center, the Charlottesville Area Community Foundation, Congregation Beth Israel, and UVA's Strategic Planning Committee. He is currently on the board of UVA's Emergency Medicine Department and UVA Hillel.
Daniel is a 1973 graduate of UVA with a degree in Economics. In 1975, Daniel earned a MBA from NYU.
Roger is a founding investor and previous Chairman of the Board of Directors for the company. Roger is a Principal in The Pringle Company (TPC). TPC is a well-known executive search and management consulting firm, which Roger founded and serves as President. Roger also serves on the boards of directors of OraSure Technologies, Inc. and North Pacific Group, and on an Advisory Board for Tsongas Litigation Consulting. Roger previously served on the boards (fiduciary or advisory) of West One Bancorp, Bank of the Northwest, Rosen Products, Berwind Industries, Systran Financial Services, Agritope, Inc., Epitope, Inc., and Veris Industries.
Irving is the Chairman and CEO of Genesis Financial Solutions (GFS). A veteran of retail financial services, Irving founded Renaissance Holdings, Inc. and was the Chairman of Renaissance and its Orchard Bank subsidiary. He was also the founder of the country's first single-purpose credit card bank, First Consumers National Bank. Irving previously consulted for Arthur D. Little and Company and held several management positions with Visa International. He holds a number of Board and Advisor positions with entrepreneurial companies and non-profit organizations.
Jim Cady is the Executive Vice President of Products, Operations, and Connected Vehicle Services at Sirius XM. Prior to joining Sirius XM in February of 2014, he served as the President & Chief Executive Officer of Slacker Radio, a leading streaming music service provider.
Jim has 30+ years of proven success in high-technology companies. Prior to Slacker, he had key leadership positions at a number of high-tech companies, including Rio Digital Audio, a pioneer in the digital audio market. He has also served as a board member at a number of startup companies. Jim has numerous industry honors, most notably a “Silver Anvil Award” from the Public Relations Society of America for best consumer products marketing campaign for Rio Digital Audio, in addition to more than 100+ best product awards from industry-leading publications. Mr. Cady holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Portland State University.
Chris Gibbons is an experienced technologist, having held multiple executive positions at Microsoft, including CIO, and headed Microsoft's global Office 2000 marketing program for enterprises. Chris was the CTO and a board member of eStara Corp until it was acquired by ATG. He also advised Texas Pacific Group on technology investments. Previously, Chris was the CIO for Promus Corp and served as VP Finance for its Holiday Inn division. He serves on a variety of boards and in advisory positions for technology and private equity companies.
Bill was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Johnson & Johnson, a global healthcare products company, from 2002 until his retirement as Chief Executive Officer in April 2012 and as Chairman in December 2012. He served as Vice Chairman from 2001 and Worldwide Chairman, Pharmaceuticals Group from 1998 until 2001.
Bill has been a director of CVS Health Corporation since March 2013, of The Chubb Corporation since April 2013, and of Exxon Mobil Corporation since May 2013. Mr. Weldon has been a director and Chairman of the Board of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. since July 2013. He was a director of Johnson & Johnson from 2002 until December 2012.

Jim is a Founding General Partner at RRE Ventures. Prior to RRE, Jim served as Chairman & CEO of American Express, was the lead outside Director of Coca Cola, and is the former non-Executive Chairman of Bristol-Myers Squibb Company. Jim serves as a Board Director at On Deck Capital, Avant, Coverhound, NerdWallet, and Chain Inc.
Jim is a member of the Business Council, the Council on Foreign Relations, and the Committee for Economic Development. He is Honorary Chairman of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center; an Honorary Trustee of the Brookings Institution; and Chairman Emeritus of the Partnership for New York City and the World Travel and Tourism Council. Jim served as Co-Chairman of the Business Roundtable and as Chairman of the Advisory Committee on Trade Policy and Negotiations.
Jim has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS from Georgia Institute of Technology.
