Salesforce user adoption is the rate at which your employees are actively logging into and using your company’s Salesforce instance. There are many ways to measure how successful you are in driving adoption, including by timespan, frequency, or specific features that are being used. But Salesforce adoption metrics mean nothing unless you are actually getting people to use Salesforce.  Here are 5 tips to help you increase Salesforce user adoption at your company so you can prove the value of your investment.

1 – Get executive buy-in. 

Having support from senior leadership is critical to the success of your Salesforce initiatives. If using Salesforce is pushed from the top-down, people are far more likely to listen. Build your case so they understand why your organization is using Salesforce.  Call out specific benefits for each team, such as having one data source that’s used by everyone to ensure efficiency and streamline communication.
