Roger L. Pringle

Roger is a founding investor and previous Chairman of the Board of Directors for the company. Roger is a Principal in The Pringle Company (TPC). TPC is a well-known executive search and management consulting firm, which Roger founded and serves as President. Roger also serves on the boards of directors of OraSure Technologies, Inc. and North Pacific Group, and on an Advisory Board for Tsongas Litigation Consulting. Roger previously served on the boards (fiduciary or advisory) of West One Bancorp, Bank of the Northwest, Rosen Products, Berwind Industries, Systran Financial Services, Agritope, Inc., Epitope, Inc. and Veris Industries.
