Michael C. Henderson

Mike is a former Chairman of the company and is a founder and Chairman of Albina Community Bank. Mike is the retired President of PacifiCorp Holdings, a subsidiary of PacifiCorp, which held the Company's investments in telecommunications, alternative energy, independent power generation and financial services. He also served in executive positions in many of these subsidiaries from 1991 through 1998. He was CEO of Crescent Foods from 1986 through 1991. Previously, Mike led the management consulting practice in the Pacific Northwest for Deloitte Haskins & Sells during his seventeen year career in Public Accounting. He has served on many Boards during his eclectic career, including Longview Fibre, Tazo Tea and Veris Industries prior to their sale. He currently serves on the Board of North Pacific Group, a building products distributor. Mike is a founding investor in Prolifiq and has also invested in and coached management of many small high growth businesses.
